The Christmas Themed cake is available in the regular sponge range and cotton sponge range. The cake is coated with Swiss Meringue buttercream (gluten-free) and piped in a Christmas-themed design.Regular/Vegan/Egg-Free/Gluten-Free Sponge:
The regular sponge range consists of three layers of sponge with two layers of filling of your choosing.
Cotton Sponge:
The cotton sponge consists of two layers of our signature soft, light and fluffy cotton sponges and a choice of filling from our cotton cake range.
Cotton sponge is available in plain, vanilla, or chocolate.

What is a Cotton sponge cake?
Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.| Christmas Themed Cake | |||
