We're a small home baked service established in 2019 with a passion for making cakes and desserts. Our signature cotton sponge cakes and other desserts are made using the best ingredients.
We are temporarily based at  Townview Rd Mount Pritchard NSW 2170.

Our current pick-up location is at Townview Rd Mount Pritchard NSW 2170.

Monday to Friday:
(School Holidays)		 5:00am to 7:30am OR 4:00pm to 6:00pm
5:00am to 10:00am OR 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Saturday:
5:00am to 9:30am OR 10:30am to 6:00pm
Sunday:5:00am to 10:30am OR 1:00pm to 6:00pm

*After 6pm pick-up is available via appointment only (subject to availability - ASK US!!).
**For Choux orders, morning pickup will need to be from 9am.

Rates
We offer a flat rate local delivery service for those unable to pickup from our location. Delivery services are only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our rates are based on the driving distance. We calculate the driving distance by using Google map directions and choosing the shortest route from our pickup location to the delivery destination.

$20 for 0km+ to 4km,
$25 for 4km+ to 7km,
$35 for 7km+ to 10km,

For 10km+ - ask us for a quote (subject to availability)

Delivery Window
Our morning delivery window is between 8am to 12pm, late afternoon delivery window is between 4pm to 6pm (subject to availability). Depending on our schedules, we prefer to deliver at the earliest time possible. We will message you the night before to give you an estimated time of delivery and also message you on the day before we depart to your place.

Delivery Storage
Cakes and desserts are delivered in an insulated storage which is packed with dried ice to ensure the temperature is cold for the duration of the driving distance.

Terms and Conditions
  • By accepting the delivery service you agree to our terms and conditions
  • Someone must be home at the agreed time to receive the order. If no one is home, your order will be taken back to our pickup location, and you will need to come and pickup your order at our location (subject to our availability). Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • Changing delivery address will require at least 24 hours notification, driving distance will be recalculated for the new address to reflect the delivery rates accordingly.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling will depend on our availability and will incur a fee, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Alternatively, you can also order online via https://ekysdesserts.cococart.co/ - the online platform will show the available dates.

All orders require two days of notice unless booked out. Best to secure your order early, as we are only taking limited orders for each day.
If the date you want is not available, you can order one day earlier for fresh cream cotton cakes or up to three days earlier for regular sponge buttercream cakes and cupcakes.

Credit/Debit Card/Afterpay Method: (via Cococart online order)
Orders will be automatically confirmed and secured. (Card fees apply)

PayID Method: (PayID = ekysdesserts@gmail.com) (via messaging or Cococart online order)

Full payment must be completed immediately (within 10 minutes) to secure and confirm your order. If payment is not completed within the timeframe, your order will be rejected to free up the available slot for that day.

Please include your order ID in the reference and send us a screenshot as first-time payments to a new payee may be held up for up to 24 hours as a security measure.

Once we receive the payment/screenshot, we will mark your order as paid and send you the pick-up address.

Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours notice of the pick-up date and will incur a 30% fee of the total cost.
Any cancellation within two days of the pick-up date will still proceed and require you to pick up your order on the agreed date.

All equipment is cleaned thoroughly before baking.
We have Vegan, Egg-Free and Gluten-Free desserts and cakes. All of our cakes, cupcakes and desserts are vegetarian-friendly (no gelatine), with the exception of the Dacquoise Cakes and Pannacotta dessert cups. A vegetarian-friendly option is available on request, just let us know when you order.

  • Fresh cream cotton sponge cakes & Dacquoise cakes
    • Keep in fridge before serving, best served chilled.
    • Uncut cakes can be stored in the fridge up to one day before serving
    • Best consumed on the day of pick up
  • Buttercream cakes with fresh cream cotton sponge range fillings
    • Can be left outside for up to 1 hour max for display and to soften buttercream cake cover texture
    • Uncut cakes can be stored in the fridge up to one day before serving

  • Buttercream regular sponge cakes & cupcakes
      • Best eaten at room temperature - please allow cakes & cupcakes to sit for 30 minutes to an hour at room temperature so that the buttercream texture will soften before serving.
      • Buttercream cakes & cupcakes are suitable to stay at room temperature for up to 6 hours as long as it's not an extremely hot day. 
        • Vegan buttercream is naturally softer - store in fridge before serving
      • Keep in fridge when not eaten - please store in an airtight container.
      • Uncut cakes can be stored in fridge up to three days

  • Choux, Éclairs & Dessert Cups, Cookies & Scrolls
    • Keep in fridge before serving
      • Cookies & Scrolls can be stored in room temperature before serving
    • All best eaten on the day of pick up
