The Pandan Creme Patissiere cotton cake consists of four layers of soft, light, and fluffy cotton sponges and three layers of a Pandan Creme Patissiere; covered with Pandan Chantilly cream (sweeten whipped cream) and topped with three seasonal fresh fruit. The Pandan Creme Pattissiere is made with real Pandan juice and Pandan leaves infused with coconut cream.
What is Cotton sponge cake? Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.
